See below for a detailed description of each session in the workshop. There will be breaks within each session for tea and snacks. For lunch, there are many options within a 10-minute walking distance to the studio. We will send our suggestions for the break between sessions upon registration.
Friday
Root to Rise from 4:30pm - 8:00pm
workshop introduction with connection and grounding for the days ahead
In the first session together, we will introduce you to some of the items in our toolkit that will be used in the coming sessions. This will include a mix of movement, journaling and discussion. We will look at why you are here and what you want to focus on in the coming day(s). What subject(s) do you want to explore? The relationship with your partner? Your children? Your coworkers? Do you need changes in your work life? In the way you communicate? Do you suffer from stress, anxiety, a restrictive emotion or belief about yourself? Do you often feel overwhelmed or not seen? Or are you maybe here for new inspiration for a project you want to bring to reality? Or to connect better with what you want in the near future? You will look for a subject that is important to you, choosing something where you want to create a positive shift, or learn how an apparent weakness can become a strength. Once we begin exploring your personal subject or theme for the weekend, you will experience how the work highlights the connection between the physical, emotional and mental states in the body. This first meeting will guide and prepare you for the work in the coming sessions. Together we will increase the energy level and sew roots to your power - the basics to experience ease!
Saturday
Calm within the storm from 9:30am - 1:00pm
daily & recurring emotions
Saturday morning begins with a deep dive into our inner lives. What are the stuck and recurrent emotions that keep you busy as you go about your day? We will look at ways to introduce order to your emotional world. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and flooded with internal messages, we can start to build a more healthy relationship to your inner world. Rest, movement, journaling and discussion will support this process. This session is an opportunity to work on a current personal situation, theme or event that is preoccupying the mind. A more stable inner world is a foundation for access to your wishes and visions in life.
Daring to dream from 3:15pm - 6:30pm
your wishes & desires
Events over the last few years have brought a certain clarity to many, showing what was perhaps missing in life. Maybe you made a change in your work life or in your relationships. Or maybe a dream from the past returned with the hope of catching your attention. We will show you why we have to know exactly what we want in order to turn dreams into reality. These dreams do not have to be big life questions. They can also be a desire for more balance. Whatever the desire, we are offering an afternoon of clarity. We will help you make your wishes and desires more tangible, because this is one of the keys to experience more ease again. What gives you energy? What is the long breath within you? What is important for you in this life? Ease is available to us when we know what we want and can follow our dreams and desires. Ease is actually very simple when we allow what is within us space for expression.

Look within to glow outwards from
9:30am - 12:30pm
self confidence and trust in life
How do you show up in your daily interactions? We introduce you to the process of looking into the past for old patterns or beliefs that bring about a loss of confidence or energy in life. In order to deepen self-confidence and trust in life, we have to travel through and integrate our fears and insecurities. Understanding our patterns and how to work with them gives us access to a superpower life force that will increase strength and resilience in your daily life. You will have the tools to use this power to create a life with more freedom and pleasure. You will also experience how confidence and the courage that comes with it, can change private or professional situations, your communication with the ones around you or help you to set up healthy boundaries.
Experiencing ease from 3:00pm - 5:30pm
deep relaxation
To be at ease is to be connected to your intuition. In the final session of the weekend, we will share ways to trust your intuition and deepen your understanding around it, because sometimes you will need to have a “long breath” and stay calm and relaxed at the same time. There will be time to enjoy true deep relaxation- to spend time fully at ease with a peaceful mind, a tranquil nervous system, a calm physical body. You will have the chance to discover for yourself the real possibility to approach life with this quality of ease. The closure to the weekend will be equal parts cozy and playful.

Rebecca and Claudia met in 2010. Inspired by each other's work for many years, this is their first project together.

Claudia is a Berlin based body therapist. She has been giving individual sessions and workshops since 2008. She is a qualified practitioner of the Grinberg Method and Pantarei Approach, two bodywork methods.Today her approach to working with the body is more free and based on many years of experience.
She also has a background of yoga and meditation since the late 1990s, which also has an influence on the way she works with her clients today as well as she is also teaching retreats in yoga and meditation.

Rebecca shares her love for movement with private clients and group classes in Berlin and online through her online streaming platform Pilates Inspired Practice. She has been teaching Pilates and movement since 2009 with a contemporary Pilates mat certification from Erika Bloom Pilates. She also teaches breath work and is a student practitioner of the ELDOA method. Rebecca offers an integrative experience which prioritizes awareness, mobility and smart strength with somatic-based exercises to highly specific joint work to normalize myofascial tension in the body.
