Pilates, movement + eldoaThe Pilates, Movement + ELDOA class is a custom experience with contemporary Pilates mat exercises infused with fundamental movement exercises, practices adapted from dance training, somatic explorations, myofascial stretching, and of course, ELDOA…basically, all the good stuff! |
